RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

It is Natures Hands intention to satisfy our customers needs. For this reason, in addition to your statutory rights, we will gladly issue an exchange or a full refund with no costs to you, to the original debit card, credit card or PayPal for any unopened merchandise bought on Natures Hand website, that is returned within 28 days of the date of purchase.

All items must be in unopened and in saleable condition. Items returned with a gift receipt are subject to exchange only. Any promotional gifts received with products must also be returned.
Please note that (except where you exercise your rights above) we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any opened or used products.

We will give a full refund with no chargrges for restocking or any other fees.

For returns purchased online, 

Please email us at info@natureshand.co.uk or by link button below, and we will send you a returns label with the postage paid for by us.

Please ensure your order & contact details are included in the return so it can be processed without delay. 

If your item arrives damaged or something is missing, please photograph the delivery immediately so we can show our advisors.
Please note we are unable to help with any queries regarding items purchased from any third-party retailers.
